Betty Ann Gurganus Reinhard, 64, died Saturday at UNC Rex Healthcare. She was a retired beautician. 

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery W. Reinhard; son, Richard Gurley & wife, Dixie of Grantham; daughters, Staci Nicole Olmstead & husband, Joseph of Norfolk, VA, Andrea Michelle Gilbert & husband, Jacob of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Alex Gurley, Brenda “Bree” Gurley, Mia Gilbert, Barrett Gilbert, Alex Olmstead, Nicholas Olmstead and great-grand daughter, Janie Marie Cenate; brothers, Ervin Gurganus & wife, Faye of Dudley and Danny Gurganus of Goldsboro; sisters, Mildred Cannon & husband, Melvin of Goldsboro and Dorothy Porter of Ohio. 

A native of Wayne County, she was preceded in death by her parents, Irene Winders Gurganus and Johnny Calvin Gurganus, and her siblings, Dolly Camioni, Beulah Howell, Linda Pope, Inez Brock, John Gurganus, Jr., Daniel Gurganus, Frank Gurganus and Willie Gurganus.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from the visitation room at Evergreen Funeral Home Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM
