The world lost a true man of God! I loved being in his Sunday School Class and growing under him as our Sunday School Teacher. He was a devout christian and family man. He had a great personality and always had a smile on his face. God gained a wonderful person. I pray for your family as I know you will be miss him so much. Love and prayers going to your family.

I am going to miss David. I worked with him at Wayne Community College. He was my friend who would let me "borrow" a cooler of ice when we would have a faculty gathering on my hall!! He was always so positive and had a smile on his face. He told me back in September that he was "100% living by faith and that it brought a peace that passes all understanding". He is such an inspiration to me and my family! He will surely be missed! We are praying for your family.

Bobbie, Jessica, Jamie, Joy and grandchildren, and Mrs. Lou, please know you are in my prayers and thoughts. Such a loss is difficult, but thank God we know he is with Jesus in his new body. I believe he and Dock are enjoying their new heavenly home and we know we will see them again.

Dear Bobbie, Mrs. Lou, and your entire family, you are in my prayers. David is in his heavenly home and we celebrate his home going with you and mourn for the loss of his presence with you. David loved the Lord and lived it. His love for all of you was evident in his actions. He always was a friend to me and helped me in my Christian walk. I’ll never forget his sense of humor and his saying “I’m a simple man” when it came to teaching our Bible class at Free Chapel. Although he said he was “simple” he truly was full of Wisdom. We will see him again! Love and prayers for all of you???
